Yesterday, AOL News ran an opinion piece I submitted on the benefits of higher education, particularly in the career college space – these schools educate students for real world jobs.

It was a pleasant surprised to see that AOL ran an “Opposing View” piece that was signed by the U.S. Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan!

I am humbled by the Secretary’s willingness to engage this issue so directly and I hope we can work together to find a better way to provide career college programs to students who need and want to attend them.
